What will it be?
I believe marriage is what you make it out to be. If you put little time and effort into marriage just as any other thing in life your end result will be dismal. However, if you work on it, work with it, and nurture it marriage will blossom and grow. There will be good times and there will no doubt be hard times. A marriage takes commitment to it and each other. So many couples give up without trying. I don't advise anyone to stay in a bad marriage. I only suggest each party should try to the best of their ability to have a successful marriage. If you know deep within you have done all you possibly can to make it work and your situation gets worse instead of getting better only you can make the decision to leave or stay.
True Love may elude some of us for a great portion of our lives, but I still believe it's out there waiting for each and everyone of us. Married 20 years and it seems like only 1 year ago when I said, "I Do". I say, marriage is a combination of the good, the bad and sometimes the ugly but most certainly it is well worth the ride. Remember to take time to smell the roses along life's path, and take into account even a thing of such pleasing beauty as a rose has its thorns. However, its beauty far out shines its thorny flaw. Let your love for one another far out shine any obstacle.
